Badoong

Rescue Story

One of our board members has rescued 12 pups from a private grooming school. The grooming school bought these pups from puppy mills and they were used for grooming practice. The school has promised that they will no longer use this method to teach their students. Badoong is a Bichon Frise and he was one of those pups.

About Him/Her

Badoong is happy-go-lucky, eager to please, and much more mature than a typical young puppy. Badoong may be small, but he has the biggest heart we’ve ever seen. He loves playing with his ball or teddy bears, and is happiest when he's surrounded by his people and doggy friends. Badoong just wants to love, be loved and experience life. He has been learning all about how to be a dog. This amazing boy can never get enough cuddles, pets, and attention from his humans. He is extremely affectionate and loves to cuddle up next to you all the time. We can’t say enough how brave he is considering what he went through in the past. Due to the fact that he was washed and trimmed so frequently for many years, he gets nervous and doesn’t enjoy having a bath. Since he’s experienced most of his life living in a cage, his foster parents are currently working on his potty training.

We would love to see Badoong find a place to live that can offer him plenty of snuggles where he can share most of his day with you at home or out and about. Badoong needs someone to continue guiding him on his way to becoming the perfect dog he was meant to be. Is that you?

Although we believe and have heard from the school that Badoong is a pure breed of Bichon Frise, we cannot make this guarantee.
